How much time in advance do we need to schedule a transport?
We specialize in accommodating same day appointments but contact us at any time and we will always do our best to meet your needs. We take same day appointments but suggest scheduling 24 hours in advance to guarantee that we can meet your appointment need. You can reach us at any time 8:00am - 5:00pm and a representative will confirm your appointment as soon as possible.

What are your service hours? Are you available on the weekends? 
Our business hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. We are happy to provide you service 24 hours a day including after hours and weekends. We are available for pre-scheduled trips outside our business hours for a nominal surcharge.

Do your drivers wait at the appointments?
Most clients are provided a pick-up card with our phone number to call when you are ready for pick up. However, we do offer CNA attendant services (Certified Nursing Assistant) that can attend medical appointments with patients at affordable hourly rates.

Are passengers allowed to ride along? 
Yes, all of our vehicles are equipped with passenger seats. There is no additional charge for additional passengers but we do appreciate notice when scheduling so we can best accommodate them.

Do you have oxygen available for patients?
All of our vans are able to secure oxygen tanks and are provided at an additional cost for those who require it.

Do you service outside of Oklahoma City & Tulsa metro areas?
Yes, we do stretcher & other transports throughout the state of Oklahoma.

Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
Yes, we are a provider for Medicaid and the state-wide Sooner Ride program. Only a few Medicare plans cover non-emergency transportation but we always willing to work with insurance companies to accommodate this. We recommend asking your insurance provider whether they will cover our services. We are happy to work with all insurance providers to reduce cost of service for you.

What is your payment policy & what forms of payment do you accept?
Our payment process is simple & easy. We accept payment upon arrival by cash, check or credit cards (an additional 3% fee may apply).
